While trekking in Solo, the lower part of the Solukhumbu (Everest) region, animals accompany me during the whole day. It is amazing how beautiful nature, people and animals are in this region.
People depend on animals in this area. The animals support them during their daily work, but people also depend on them for living. Cows, chicken, goats and yaks are for the meat. Mules, buffalo´s, cows and yaks help them to manage the work in the fields.
